Xoraturikan S.L. gune honen jabeak uztailaren 11ko 34/2002 LSSICE legea eta abenduaren 13ko 15/1999 datu pertsonalen segurtasuneko Lege Organikoa betetzen dituela jakinarazten dizu eta horretarako honako lege oharra jakinarazi.Webgunera sartu eta bertako materialak erabiltzen badituzu, arau hauek irakurri, ulertu eta onartu egin dituzula emango duzu aditzera. Titularrak, aldizka, eguneratu egin ahal izango ditu webgunea erabiltzeko baldintzak, aldez aurretik ezer esan gabe. Pribatutasuna
Europako Parlamentuaren eta Kontseiluaren 2016/679 Erregelamenduak (EB), Datuak Babesteko Erregelamendu Orokorrak (DBEO), ematen dituzun datu pertsonalak XORATURIKAN SL enpresak tratatuko dituela eta plataformaren arduraduna dela jakinaraztea eskatzen du. Titularra Datu Pertsonalen Babeserako abenduaren 13ko 15/1999 Lege Organikoan ezarritakoari jarraituz, datu pertsonalak babesten ditu, bere garapen arautegia bezalaxe.
